Harvey Nichols, Edinburgh launches a new Brasserie Menu, which sees a new style and layout that champions classic dishes and seasonal specials.
To offer customers a refreshed dining experience, the carefully curated Brasserie menu features moreish snacks, appetising starters, hearty mains, meats from the grill, Harvey Nichols Classics, tempting sides and mouth-watering desserts.
The new menu also features seasonal heroes, from burrata with grilled peaches and sea bass with seaweed butter to an indulgent chocolate pecan brownie. Highlighted by the HN logo, these season-inspired dishes change every three months, allowing Harvey Nichols chefs to pick the freshest flavours of the time of year.
Harvey Nichols Classics such as the timeless beef burger, superfood salad, fish and chips, chicken club sandwich and Caesar salad, that are loved by so many, will be available on every Brasserie Menu throughout the company – so no matter where you are in the UK, you’ll always be able to order your favourite Harvey Nichols dish!
To ensure every Harvey Nichols Brasserie menu remains unique to its location, each chef will source local producers to offer guests quality ingredients sourced from around the Isles – so you can tuck into Scottish Borders steak when you’re up in Edinburgh and treat yourself to Colne Valley lamb when you’re down in London.
