Enjoy holiday classics such as glazed and roasted goose breast in the Restaurant and pan-fried duck breast in the Brasserie followed by a classic handmade Christmas pudding for dessert, or dine on our chefs’ festive creations like whisky-cured Scottish salmon and treacle tart with brown-bread ice cream in the Restaurant or leek, potato and smoked-cheese soup ending with a chocolate-orange bread and butter pudding in the Brasserie.
